Where beeph relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing — such as for sending promotional communications — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by updating your notification preferences within your beeph account settings or by contacting beeph support.

Sharing Your Data

beeph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

6.1 Service Providers and Processors

beeph engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform. These include payment processors (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank integration partners), KYC and identity verification providers, game software providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to beeph.

6.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

beeph may be required to disclose personal data to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made only to the extent required and in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of beeph's business, personal data held by beeph may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity prior to your data being transferred, where practicable.

6.4 With Your Consent

beeph may share your personal data with third parties in circumstances not described above where you have given your explicit prior consent to such sharing.

Data Retention

beeph retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Communications and support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer if the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or regulatory matter.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.
• Responsible gaming records: Retained for the duration of any active self-exclusion or limit arrangement, plus five (5) years thereafter.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with beeph's data disposal procedures. Anonymized data that can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Data Security

beeph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact beeph's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. beeph will respond to all verified data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, or within such extended period as permitted by applicable law where the request is complex or numerous.

Minors

The beeph platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. beeph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age of 21 is enforced at the point of registration through age declaration and KYC verification processes.

If beeph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately, the associated account will be closed, and any funds deposited will be returned in accordance with beeph's underage account procedures.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered on beeph or provided personal data to the platform, please contact beeph support immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

beeph primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. However, some of beeph's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game software suppliers — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, beeph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act. These safeguards may include contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, or reliance on the recipient country's adequacy determination by the NPC where applicable.

By using the beeph platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, subject to the safeguards described above.

Policy Amendments

beeph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, beeph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
