You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested by beeph for the purposes of account verification and regulatory compliance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beeph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. beeph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify beeph immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms. beeph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
beeph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by beeph.
beeph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions on beeph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). be eph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. beeph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's help documentation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. beeph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your beeph account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. beeph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to the player upon verified request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
beeph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their beeph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
beeph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. beeph will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude beeph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
beeph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where beeph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to beeph; or (d) beeph is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, beeph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your beeph account at any time by contacting beeph support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising between you and beeph that cannot be resolved through beeph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. When material changes are made, beeph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
